So disappointing! Not Certass or Fensa certified! First installation had hardly any screw fixings just inches of foam to hide poorly measured windows. Second installation is more secure but two weeks after paying the bill it rained and now they leak every time and let heat out constantly. After four months they hadn't even sealed the window cills. Then I discovered that they're not Certass or Fensa certified and can't provide a Building Regulations certificate as I was told they could. After refusing to refund me I'm left with over £18k of windows that don't comply with Bulding Regulations.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Worst window fitter. Ruined my windows cost me thousands in reordering glass and broken frames which he caused absolutely ridiculous. He changed his company name dur to previous bad feedback and court cases. (JDF GLASS & PANELS LIMITED) now JDF Glazing.

AVOID. AVID AT ALL COSTS. Great at taking your money or until there is a problem and they will not get back to you. Spent a fortune on a composite front door that won’t shut and offers no security. Refused to call back and resolve despite supposed guarentee that they said was valid. Have called emailed and been fobbed off for months. Poor show so save yourself the drama and choose a reputable company who honour their garnered and provide after sale service. Have now reported to trading standards.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star! Looks like others have had a very similar situation to us, quoted a 3 month turnaround on our extension/whole ground level renovation, after 5 months was still barely a 3rd through the project. Had to find other contractors/carry out a lot of work ourselves as we have a baby due in May (which we made them aware of). Was left over most of winter with an unsealed extension and no living space or kitchen as they very quickly demolished with very little work on actually building anything back up. We are now 8 months into this project with no money left to pay contractors so desperately trying to finish this ourselves (including myself at 27 weeks pregnant) so that we can have a liveable home before baby arrives. We now will not have the time or money to fix the garden they destroyed, decorate the upstairs of our house (much needed) and my entire pregnancy has been ruined. We are working full time jobs and working on the house until early hours of the morning. I honestly don't know how we have survived this, please avoid at all costs!!!!!!!
